Reservation Policy:A 20% deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made 45 days or less prior to arrival, then full payment is due upon booking. Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be granted if cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to arrival at the Compass Rose Guest House. Cancellation 59 to 45 days prior to arrival 50% deposit refunded. If reservation is canceled 45 days or less prior to arrival date deposit is non-refundable.
